Actually, the rendering of the major muscle groups is very accurate. It's hard to do glutes!! The legs are somewhat bandy, but with a few life drawings classes I'm sure you could rectify that.

Nice coloring on this...the problem with the sword is the angle of the sword and hilt compared to the angle of the grip of his hand...he should be gripping the hilt in a more sideways manner rather than straigh up-down, otherwise his swing would be very clumsy.
