SciFi and Fantasy Art: Looking up

Done back in 1998. This was before I started experimenting with the wings more (like with a flying dragon), and I was really experimenting with anatomy for my first time. you can kind of tell with the upper torso of this dragon, although the legs dont' look right. just shaded with pencil.
