SciFi and Fantasy Art: Wild Elf and Faery (Line art)

To the right is a scan of the original line drawing for 'The Falling Of The Rain'. There was no more to the picture than her head and neck and rough idea of where her hand should go.

To the left is a sneak preview. A partial scan of a wild elf spell-sword. Unlike the sterotypical mage who lacks armor or sword, she has both as well as an inherent abilty to work magic. The patterns on her face are tattoos - Outcasts of elven and human societies, they express their independence with colorful facial art.
