SciFi and Fantasy Art: Green Goblin

This dude was inspired by the design for Joker in the Batman graphic Novel The Long Halloween (Loeb/Sale). Or at least, the hair and skin tone were. And yet...it's not Joker. Just a goblin that's looking at something it finds revolting.
