SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Dragon's Captive

Pencil sketch of a maiden and a dragon...but she doesn't look particularly frightened, does she? ^^;;; I wonder what's in that baggie of hers.

**WOW LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THOSE...scales...**

The dragon needs some work, but the girl is good

:-) Meriko M. Robert replies: "I just need to draw more of him, methinks~ Thank you for commenting."

It's a good dragon, but I'd like to see more detail in it! Scales, that sort of thing. You should try this piece in color and add more detail to it! I can't place my finger on it entirely, but it seems like there really should be MORE, like something's missing...but maybe that's just me. 1

:-) Meriko M. Robert replies: "Yep, I was lazy when I drew this. I should take it down and re-draw it. ^^; Add a background, the DRAGON'S BODY, etc. *heh*"

Lovely pic and indeed she doesn't look frightend more sad.
A little thing though her legs seems kinda short.
maybe it's because of her hat hmmz, ow well never mind

:-) Meriko M. Robert replies: "Ah-yep, her legs are entirely too short, sadly. This was drawn years before the word, "proportions" entered my vocabulary. XD Thanks for commenting~"

It's a bag of weed, and he's giving her those puppy dog eyes so she will front it to him,he's a little low on cabbage

:-) Meriko M. Robert replies: "*rofl* I read a story once about an elephant who was addicted to opium. It was a right wild one, too, and gored its rider to death before running away, but the rider's wife was able to stone the elephant to the wide and bring it back to camp. Well, and thank you for commenting~"

I bet she has bacon. If i was a dragon, and found a princess with bacon in a bag, i'd bug her, too ^.^ Nicely drawn, btw. You're whole gallery is something to be envious of.
