SciFi and Fantasy Art: Ryu No Tamago

What do you see first the dragon or the egg or the eye? The title is Dragon's Egg in Japanese according to my scant knowledge, correct me if I'm wrong. The original is acrylic on canvas and one of the most recent I've done.

NEW SMALLER Version! Not everyone has DSL so I'm putting up less bandwidth hogging pics.

Amazing work. Yes, your title is correct- or at least as what I can tell with what little knowledge I have in Nihongo. Anyways, I saw the eye first, dragon next, then finally the egg. Amazing technique- and a nice optical illustion. Submit this to some art school/museum and get rich! $$$ MWA HA HA HA HA $$$. Additionally, download "Watashi no Tamagoyaki". It |20X0|2Z.

Great colors here, it really stands out. I first saw that there was a dragon in an eye, never noticed anything about a egg till i read it. But its an awesome piece here Meg. Congrats!

I love this picture. At first I just saw the egg and thought, "what the heck lays eggs like that?!" Then I read about the picture, and saw the eye too. This is REALLY COOL!! E-mail me to tell me if I can post it on my site. I'll tell them that it's by you! PLEASE!?!?!?!?!
