SciFi and Fantasy Art: Hangin' Out

Smoke and explosions are a big part of magic. Namely, the part that didn't work. Ersh, his cat Clock and this little wannabe apprentice that keeps getting into his house escape the smoke that smells like burning dog.

There is nothing cliche about any of your characters, they're all incredibly unique, but they have a very familiar/comfortable feeling about them. I like this. =) Love the clouds! It seems that they're in a pretty high tower to me, or something of the sort.
