The Dragon model
It's a steel chanfron, (horse head armour), full face. It has a dragon crest and dragon wings. All that is easily removable; held on by screws and leather laces. Very tricky for me to design... The hinged folding cheek plates are always a challange on these things (ease of folding), but unusual crests that are also removable is another level for me.
I've made a few of these for people now.
.-the Chanfron is by me and the photo is by me too.

Ok, this is a general statment about chanfrons.
I've stopped make these chanfrons because I can't really make them pay; the materials, time, effort and the wear and tear on tools is way too much. Initially I didn't charge very much for these chanfrons, but I'd really need to charge nearly $900 just to make it worthwhile... not that I think my quality is that amazing, it's just because it's such hard, expensive, time consuming work.
I'm so sorry I can't help you.
Here's a good place to look for armour makers for horses:

You could also try making one yourself. It's hard to do it out of metal, but materials like leather, cardboard, or hardend cloth could do just as well and would probably be much better for your horse: The only reason they used metal was to protect against dangerous weapons, it's really not that great a thing to put on a horse's face. There are lots of great pictures of chanfrons available on the net and you've got the added advantage of being able to make it to the exact measurments and facial structure of your horse AND to know the kinds of things your horse will and wont put up with, (it's VERY hard to get them to wear a chanfron).
I could probably find some paterns for you if you'd like."
