SciFi and Fantasy Art: Who Got Your Tongue?

Here we see young Perth having one of those godawfully pregnant moments when you meet someone you really like. Young Branwen is looking at him cheerfully waiting for him to voice his intents. Both hail from one of many highschools that dot the Tir. Perth is sporting a handgun, but it's not loaded, as a sign that he's an officer-in-training at the same academy. Anyhow, the picture should explain what happened to Perth's gift of speech. Oh Neko-chan, you criminally despicable cat, you destroyer of lives, gratuitous gremlin of meta(human) activities! Oh well, Perth will have to make do with other ways of bridging the gap with young Branwen. Besides, his el-tee said keeps telling him that adversity is good for the elven soul. Good luck, Perth, and we shall (hopefully not) see Neko-chan in future acts of mischief.
