SciFi and Fantasy Art: Kononatai Subisha

This is Kononatai, a Subisha, or warrior. She's among a group of highly-skilled warriors (in other words, you wouldn't want to meet HER in a dark alleyway). She leads a sad, painful, short life. Her name, literally, means 'Nameless Warrior.' Just thinking about her makes me want to eat comfort food. Her jaw's not QUITE right, but other than that, I'm very happy with how this came out. Yay for me! :) Gee... think I've drawn enough head shots yet? Hmmm... naww!
