SciFi and Fantasy Art: Lonely Queen, Forgotten Princess

In the first Arc of SHADOWS, Natalya gives birth to two children: Kenneth and Kaitlyn. When her lifemate goes back to the future, he takes their son with them. At the time, she did not even know she was pregnant. She also knew that there were at least two hundred years seperating herself and her husband.

Perhaps the only thing that kept Natalya stable was the birth of Kaitlyn, who would one day succede the throne. Still, their existance was lonely and hard, living in the midst of rebuilding a shattered world. This picture is symbolic of how the two of them lived, clinging to each other for the love they were both missing.

Woe to those who leave longass comments. I shouldn't be talking, since I leave four-page comments on FFVII fanart in the woods . . .@_@(I'm still laughing about the man-eating sheep I came up with. I love the sensuality of this meternal piccie. I commented before, so . . uhm. . .buhbye!

In my opinion, this picture inspires awe. It embodies the emotion it's meant to represent, most certainly. It's quite sad, and once the picture is explained, can easily make anyone feel sorry for them, Natalya especially... probably would make them think Raz is a jerk, but... well...! Anyways. I cannot think of negative things to say, nor can I think of critical comments, simply because I like this picture too much. The hair, clothing, Natalya's expression... it's all keenness. You've all the right in the world to be proud of this, and I'm glad so many people made their appreciation known already. Hopefully my long comments won't scare away more potential commenties...

That’s so sad! What a jerk her husband is for leaving her!

Good expression on her face. It shows her emotions.
