SciFi and Fantasy Art: Elvin Mage-Queen

This is Aman-Da the Mage-Queen of the Triskell Isles. She is one of my longest running characters, started playing her in 1980.

Updated July of 2004. Reworked the picture via computer and am really happy with the result.

I love how this portrait really LOOKS Elvish!!! Most elves, and mine are often a victim of this, look TOO close to humans with little pointy ears.. but this one is GREAT! I love her emaciated, thin boned form and her haunting face and eyes.. great hair and armor design too. Your stuff is awesome.... care to do my EverQuest Druid at some point? take a peek at my Gallery sometime too.. if ya want to. (grin)

I love her... armor? Looks like it was made of nacre. It is a bodice, and yes that is supposed to be nacre.

She looks like Cher... Nice and elvish face and hair... I love that colour of hair.. I hate her outfit though, and I think her breasts are too big for the thin body...

she is wonderful like the sister of Arwen, her hair, her body, really outstanding work.

She looks almost Indian somehow, it must be her face, its narrowness, the way her hair is dressed, the intensity of her gaze... I won't say anything about anatomy since she's elven, but if she wasn't I'd still think she's rather good. VERY good colouring.

Very classic beauty. I love her hair. The costume doesn't strike me as particularly queen-like, but it is well rendered, so what do I know? Triskell Isles, eh? They wouldn't happen to look anything like Ireland, would they? 12There are three main islands with a spray of lesser islets that spiral off of each of them. Yes they are sort of like 'Tir na Og' in Irish myth.

I like! Her corset is sooooooo cool! And I like the head jewel, and who can help but loving red heads? Hehehe! ;-pAhem! Well I do admit to a certain predilection...

This is so elegant and beautiful

:-) Andrew P. Morris replies: "Thanks for commenting Laura! I enjoy this character a lot. She is one of the longest running (and certainly most influential) I've ever had."

Beautiful! I love her outfit and her body, she really looks elven! The green eyes are wonderful!

:-) Andrew P. Morris replies: "Thank-you for commenting. I like my races... human elvin, etc. to be distinct. In aobut a month I will have an updated picture of the Queen in place (I hope). take care. ~AM"
