SciFi and Fantasy Art: Falcon Ranger

Her name is Trae Travaughn, Quesserial to the Elves. She is a half-elvin ranger-falconer. I can't remember what model I used (but I used one), ink, Prismacolor and PC.

This picture is great. She looks so... dark. I like the helmet and the way her hair acts. Also, it's a wonderfull colouring, and an exelent pose.

I like Jim Fitzpatrick my self, but I think you managed to make it your own picture of it.. I could onely tell that you used Jim Fitzpatrick by the helmet. Good work - I like all of your pictures. The helmet was the only part of his work I used. I remember liking it for the Celtic feel this character has. The pose is from some other source, the armor and falcons from me own noodle.

Now this is a very good picture. I don't like her legs though 10 but the face and the pose and all..*sigh* I wish I could do that too...

:-) Andrew P. Morris replies: "Thanks for the comment. Her pose is a good one, but what don't you like about her legs?"

um... i find i kind of odd that she is putting her weight on her right leg, and the muscles are flexed on the left leg, but it's a great pic. love the background.

:-) Andrew P. Morris replies: "I think part of the problem is in part due to the misalignment of the scan. "

who gives a damn what leg she's on, she practically speaks to you !

:-) Andrew P. Morris replies: "Well then I succeeded! If a picture does this I am happy!"

That's an awsome outfit. She must infuse mighty respect in any opponent. I think she's toppling over to her right though (sorry, shouldn't have mentioned it)

:-) Andrew P. Morris replies: "She does in fact scare the britches off most opponents. *Looks at original... looks at scan...) I think my scan is not plumb. *shruggs*"

Wicked helmet!

:-) Andrew P. Morris replies: "Yup it is. It was inspired by the works of Jim Fitzpatrick."

This is beautiful with the colors and shading... but those stick legs? Ack! Eh, who am I to talk? Hey , does anyone else see a cow head in the thimbnail of this pic? its near the left, the bird wing is its ear... uh..bye.You are so wierd... 19P

Very intimidating lady. I like the long, lean look you give all of your figures....and great details. Ink and prismicolor was one of my favorite combos before I became a spoiled brat Photoshop freak. ^_^

:-) Andrew P. Morris replies: "Thanks for the Comment! Quesserial is intimidating. She is a powerful Ranger-Lord who is related to the King of Ardaenor. "

Really great picture!I would prefer to see the girl's face though 8.

:-) Andrew P. Morris replies: "Thanks for commenting on my work, I am glad you like what I have done so far. I will work up a drawing of Quesserial's face at some point. Cheers, Andrew"
