SciFi and Fantasy Art: Crying Girl

Seven Years And Counting! This was one of the first pictures I' ever uploaded to Elfwood when I joined in Middle School, and now as a Junior in College, I still can't get rid of it. It's filled with ares of improvement, but it's my little baby :) So I leave it here as a tribute to one of the few surviving pictures of my very first sketchbook...

I did this one day when I was really sad over a stupid stinky boy, and I felt like no one would ever like me! I'm sure everyone can relate to something like this at one point or another. And as a girl who was just beginning to look at the pencil as more than just a means to doodle mermaids on her notes in class, this Crying Girl starting one hell of a trend.

Maybe I should retry the theme, only able to use what I've learned now? Hummm...

I most espacialy like the furror on her forehead! Can't get expression like that in Anime! (or I have yet to find any...)
