SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Little Mermaid

This is from one of those 'I can read!' books I had when I was little; The Little Mermaid story by Hans Christian Andersen. I was looking at it the other day and realized there was some AMAZING artwork in there. This is my version of one of DARCY MAY'S drawings, she's great! (and you can expect more of these soon!!)

I have that book in french (my second language) and I didn't like it because it didn't have that happy Disney ending. Okay back to the topic of art: Amazing drawing!! the hair is beautiful... mind lending me some of your talent? Christy Myren replies: "Yeah, the real ending IS sad. People may hate Disney for changing storys, but you know what? I love it Disney RULES!! GO PRINCESSES!!"

1 Sep 2004	Meg	Loading... I had that book too. I also thought it was sad because of the difference between it and the Disney version. I'd love if you did more pictures from this book because I have no idea where it is and I remember the artwork in that book was beautiful.
