SciFi and Fantasy Art: Moonlight Consolance From A Lost Love

This is what the artist Jim Warren (MY HERO!! HE'S THE BEST!! WOO HOO!!) will do to you--make you try to draw trees for the first time since embarresing yourself in middle school. I'm pretty happy with it so far, but too afraid to shade...maybe one day. The guy with a messed up body is a cool soldier, wandering alone for now and sleeping in the trees to avoid things that go bump in the night on the ground. He lost the love of his life a few years back, and the painful memory of her murder comes to him every night before he sleeps. Lucky for him, he has a guardian angle to console his dreams.... :) AND I'M SOO SOO SOOOOOO SORRY ABOUT THE BAD SCAN! The trees...well, they're there, trust me!
