SciFi and Fantasy Art: Undying Light

This is a RP drawing for a friend. I don't think it's quite what he imagined, and I know it's certainly NOT what I had initially planned, but I was inspired by the Sandman comic style and drew something along those lines. This is Undying Light seated upon his spectral throne with his rarely used spectral wings. I used charcoals and oil pastels and some other things to draw him...all the messy stuff so he looks a little sloppy :(. And I've never done a full scale drawing with charcoals either because I'm scared to use them, but I made myself do it so I would get used to it. And his legs are too short <sigh>. Maybe I'll make another attempt if I get the time.

29 Mar 2000	Undying_Light	Loading... I never looked better. Except perhaps the day I was received in the shadow court for the first time. They made me wear red. If you ever do get the time to draw me again I promise to stand still next time. Now that you have been so kind as to imortalize me in art, perhaps I should write more poems for your other works. Keep doing a fine job.
