This is my first fully colored pic done completely in Photoshop...and I must say that I will definitely be doing more in this medium...cause I am quite happy with the outcome...

YOU OUGHT TO!.. damn, this piece is good... great depth and it looks like it was rendered in watercolor... wish I had the talent of placement like you do

I have never felt moved to praise anyones work on elfwood before but this is simply awesome, I dont know if this comes naturally to you - if it does - you have a rare gift, I wish you'd do some more Roman themed stuff - regardless of what the nit pickers say it has the right feel to it which is the most important aspect to any picture. Superb composition, help i'm drooling!
Dont ever stop Please!

:-) Nathanael L. Wetjen replies: "Thank you very much. Right now I'm just trying to figure out how I'm going to go through life. I'll be in the Air Force for at least 4 years, and maybe go reserve and do art on the side...who knows. Thanks you again for the wonderful comment and yes, I will never stop drawing...I'm too obsessed.12"

*Gasp* "WOW!!" was my first impression, no joke. It appears to me like they've just spotted the enemy and are preparing for a battle. Too bad too, looks like they are already weary from a previous fight. Not a good situation to be in.

I am absolutely stunned to find a picture of this caliber... I love everything about it, especially the colors you chose - they are simply perfect for this piece.

I'm so pleased to have come across your works. I look forward to seeing more in the future.

beautiful! I love the expression on the man's face--you do such emotive people!!
but WHY ISN'T HE WEARING HIS HELMET??? considering there's an arrow imbedded in the ground at his feet??

This already looks like a painting, so you won't have to redo it as a painting. It looks great, not just the colouring but the picture overall.

VERY good coloring on this one. It's better than loads of artists around here; it totally rocks.
