SciFi and Fantasy Art: Mother Earth (trade)

Trade with the much admired Howard Faria who does the most elegant of characters. This is my attempt at his character with a hippie spin and upside-down mountains.

The colors and highlights are gorgeous, and the leafy things on her wings add a kind of paradise-ish feeling, although I must admit I thought they were doves at first. All of your pictures are amazingly colored with such beautiful style! Keep it up!
28 Jul 2006	Julie 'mangazrule' P.	Loading... I like this one alot. She seems warm, and powerful, and pretty. I like the design of her dress, you know, the stars and all the shifting colors. It adds to her sense of immortality, power and perhaps motherliness and grace. Great backround too.
