SciFi and Fantasy Art: Absurd City

In my journey on the planes I saw this strange city. No architectural plane or rules. Inhabitants are different creatures from different places. A full chaos inside the city. And I call it Absurd city. And another thing, this city can move from plane to plane, and no one know why it's happens. Made in Corel Painer IX.

Would like to visit that strange city and travel with it for a while. .... what seems to be the main portal looks a little bit like a face. It looks like it has a crown and tries to swallow every visitor who dares to enter.
