SciFi and Fantasy Art: Faery Collecting Dew Drops

I starred in 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' in April and played the fairy Peaseblossom. I drew this as a result of that experience. This is the First Fairy, known as Ivy to the girl who played her. She is collecting dew drops to place in every cowslips ear.

I love this one, her vines on her legs are great, and the rose is really cool, almost like a stain glass or art nuveauish (that is sooo not a word!) thing...keep it up babe..yer gettin' way good!
9 Nov 2001	Jasmin Islam	Loading... I like that poem ... "In the cowslip's bell I lie ..." ... or was that another poem? That works so nicely as a picture - I don't know any of the technical terms but the shape and colours of the rose are what appeal to me most. Very graceful!
