The reason for the arms - it's part of the costume. I do admit they look a little odd at first glance.

she seems to be lost in thought - possibly meditating - possible communing telepathicaly with little furry critters with big sharp teeth ... ~12 or maybe little spirit people or just mellowing out ... ~12 this is how i too relieved the stresses of adolescence when i was in high school ... ~12

She looks slightly curious, but more like she was waiting for something, and then that little feather came along. I dunno, that's my idea!

this looks good. use of colors made it very hm.. expressive.. its not perfect but if you keep on drawing im sure youll make a great great great artist!

This picture is very nicely drawn, the dress is awesome but you need a little work on your hands. Next time try not to computer generate your hands, I'm sure you can do it.

She seems to be thinking of something, like she remebers a joke or planning a trick to play on someone. I like it, but her feet and legs seem a little off. Good work.
