SciFi and Fantasy Art: Hrothulf bust-in progress

This is a sculpt of Hrothulf I've been working on, it's still not complete. I need to add the mohawk and paint it still. The sculpt was done entirely in Super Sculpey with some wire for the earrings.

This has become something of an abandoned work, mainly since I am really not too happy with the sculpting job I did. The likeness is a little weak. I am planning on making a new larger piece for Hrothulf, maybe even a full body figure, at some point in the future.
If anything, though, this sculpt has taught me one thing: I like Hrothulf better without the mohawk.

My god. Not only can you draw, but you can sculpt as well.
I am totally in awe of your skills. Great work, it is beautiful.

Wow! I have looked through all your pictures here and I think they are amazing. I love the celtic take on dwarves; I have read a lot of Margaret Weis/Tracy Hickman books and they have a more celtic take on the dwarves as well, so it was great to be able to really visualize it seeing your stuff. I think my favorite picture you have here is the dwarf with a beer in his hand. I also thought it was interesting that you don't stick to all the dwarf stereotypes (although I thought a mohawk was a little much for a celtic warrior). But mostly I just wanted to compliment you on your talent. It's all very impressive.

Also, I don't know if you live in the U.S. (or if you watch TV, if you do live here), but these busts of Hrothhulf look just like Paul Tuttle on American Chopper, on the Discovery Channel.

Really Nice Work, he also somewhat resembles a danish Wrestler called Asbjørn Riis, who've starred in "the 13. warrior", And even more so without the mohawk...

The website has quite a few photos, but browse through and see the resemblance...
