I am GT, a Washington, D.C. native who pretty much grew up with a pencil and imagination. I still remember the days of coloring in my Scooby Doo books, struggling to stay in the lines. Now I draw those lines. I am ALWAYS filled with ideas and artistic concepts and putting them on paper is my steam vent to getting them out. I attended a few schools to improve and to learn new skillz ranging from New Jersey to D.C. but in the long run, I didnt get what I wanted outta them. I learned that I could achieve more by self study. A boat load of anatomy books and determination made me more comfortable. I then was introduced to the 3D computer realm of art. I was turned onto it and began dwelling into that 'darker side' of the arts (so many would say). My passion will always be the pencil though. I am much inspired by artists such as Dave Doorman, Dana Knutson, and Tony DiTerlizzi. I have found their styles to be very expressive and informative. I like their ability to have a lone picture tell a whole story. So, when not callousing my fingertips on the PC, I am hammering down lead into whatever sprouts from my imagination. I hope to one day have people hanging my pictures up on their walls so they can enjoy them everyday. I dont care to find money in the art world although a little would be nice, haha. It just feels good to see your work hanging around and hearing how it makes people feel. Thats a feeling non artists can never understand. Hope you enjoy....
