SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Pain in Flight

This one, i haven't decided how to color it in yet. i'm so in love with thepicture itself, i can't decide if i want to *destroy* it with pencils, and my attempts at photoshop just don't do it justice.
She's another one from my daydreams, reaching toward her beloved as he's dying, she's not flying fast enough to get to him, to save him. (she's crying but you can't really tell cause of the scan x_x) *sniff sniff*
