Well, then I'll just simply _have_ to add one! And begin with how elegant this is, and beautiful in its simple complexity... I also like the concept for this picture...

I really like it, its funny because the letters on the bottom of the insect are my initials : Josiane Charbonneau (french). By the way, I really like it, its so pretty !!!

I wanted to nit pick your description for a moment, as an avid fan of the books. "The 'mark' is a full length back tattoo that best discries the person's physical beauty. Someone with silvery hair, green eyes, and dances would go best with a Willow." Marques most of the time are not what would 'go best' with the person. If they were an adept trained outside of the confines of the Night Court, then yes, but as 90% of adepts at least would be trained within the Night Court, and therefore belong to a House, they would get the marque that went with that House. I.e. an Eglantine adept would get a marque of eglantine flowers.

Now, onto my critique. This well done, I like the composition of it quite a bit. I could picture this as a marque, the finale and all. I see nothing wrong with proportion or anything of the like, the lines are well drawn, etc. I would like to see a colored version, perhaps in CG or watercolors.
