SciFi and Fantasy Art: Mermaid

Another color pic from the old sketchbook - I'm always wanting to use the fluffy, pretty colors (aqua, lavender, pink) that captivated me when I was little, but I've got this mindset of trying for a darker, more realism-based color scheme that never quite works for me!
