SciFi and Fantasy Art: Fairy Flutist or The King's Flutist

This is an attempt at a different kind of fairy mythos. I like Greek drapery so I combined it with a fairy and this is what I got. This was fun to do and I love the colors. Not much else to say. I intend on working up kind of a palace background with a garden in the distance... and then I will post the subsequent combined work here at a later date. I am unsure if this figure is strong enough on its own or if it should be combined with others in a larger scence. Meanwhile, comments welcomed.
