Wanna know how? Okay, Grab PSP7. First, noise. Then, blur. Then, Flaming Pear Aetherize. Then blur again. Then, paintbrush, custom, eyeball. Then, red eye removal. Then, Aetherize again. Then, Panopticum Lens Pro II, triangles, little seed, little count, lots of aberration. Then, tear drop, purple color. Center it. Then, select it, Aetherize, then glow it. Mmmm, lovely, isn't it?
