The body is very nice, as are the clothes- the only advice I can give is on the face, and you probably know this since it's an older picture as you said, but anyway.  The features are too high up- eyes, lips etc. ought to be father down, and you could soften her lips as well. And are her eyes closed? Or blank? I got confused there.
