SciFi and Fantasy Art: Zephyr Design - Regent Concept

Zephyr's 'Regent' concept design; Formal wear as ruler of Ulandras, the city. The way the government works is that power is split between 4 people for the 4 major cities. Ulandras is the capital, but not necessarily where the Emperor/Empress resides and rules over. (Empress/or with 3 underlings, AKA Regents). Had to slim his power down a bit, don't want him to be cliche like @_@ Still is general of the armed forces, though

26 Feb 2004	June Cateland Howard	Loading... Anon. they're called pectoral muscles, and his hips are perfectly proportioned as to the way he's standing. I love the long hair and the tendrils that are kinda swirling around his face. They're so cool. He looks very official, and kinda tired.

I perceive the picture as being two sides of Zephyr (duh ): the frontal image shows his hair with the pieces of it kinda flowing from his hairline; I couldn't help but notice that the behind sketch doesn't show his hair coming out from his hairline in the front. Sorry. I notice stupid things like that Great work and I love the rest of the gallery you have going along with the story! Kudos!
