SciFi and Fantasy Art: Captain Borov

This dour man is captain Borov of the Royal City Guard in the city of Velista. When he crossed paths with the mentalist Dumov (see the "Gang" drawing) he sensed that Dumov attempted to influence his mind and became his sworn enemy.

I think the head is too small. If nothing else, this NPC definitely does have a swollen head, trust you me.
