SciFi and Fantasy Art: Satan

This is a picture of Satan, he is mean and full of evil. I made this in Rhino same as several other drawings. It took about 15 mins so I know I should make him a little better but for now I just feel that I need more pics in my gallery. So comments would help.

Well I see you are getting the face molding down. Looks nice by the way. Also I see you have shadows working well. This is a nice pic. You should add a pointail on him, and some ears =)

He looks more like an Orc then satin... wasn't satin Human?

:-) Phillip Williams replies: "Satan was an angel, he was never human."

I agree it looks nice and evil, I would just like to make some suggestions. Perhaps some horns as always depicted in descriptions of satan, and ears would also be nice as mentioned above.
But, Please Dont neglect the Eyes, adding these other things will draw attention away from them, the eyes should be the focus of the picture especialy with that nice shadow laying over them making it look mysterious and of course evil.

Actually, if you READ the bible, Lucifer is described as an angel of light. There is no mention of a pointy tail and a pitchfork anywhere.

I think you're interpretation of satan is all wrong, after all when he was expelled from heaven he was said to be the most beautifullest human male that God ever made. I think he may have the horns but still be very alluring and mesmerising. After all isn't that what attracts humans to all the wrong things and all the wrong choices and leads us to our downfall? Thanks.

:-) Phillip Williams replies: "Ok, here I go. You are mostly right. He was an angel and he was a nice looking angel. But look at the bible he comes to earth in the form of a snake, so who is to say he can't look the way he wants. Maybe it was Halloween in Hell and he wanted to look scary."

Why everybody thinks that satan's skin is read? Remember that "satan" is actually an ex-angel, Lucifer. And I thought that before angels came angels they were humans and humans don't have red skin... But, everybody can imagine him as they want.

:-) Phillip Williams replies: "Well, yeah, probrably shouldn't be red but I don't know what he looks like and I hope I never do. I think he was created an angel."

Oh oh! Know what??He reminds me so very very much of the guy from bullet proof monk, and american pie....Weird huh? Hes good looking too, so there! Ha! ^_~ nice!!!

:-) Phillip Williams replies: "Ha!! That's awsome. He does kinda look like that guy. I never saw that before. Very good. Thanks for the comment."
