First, I think this a very powerful picture, though I think it might help if the female were not so sexy. It distracts from the emotions, and does add a certain glamour to a painful situation. As for it being angels, maybe it's metaphorical, representing the sorry state of the worlds spirituality. Personally, I see them more as not angels, but just winged alienish beings.

Great picture, I agree angels can die. Just watch the Prophecy movies. =)

Well, just see the reaction of some people over this pic... I think that being able to make people react is awesome... Good pic! although poor angels..

I think this picture is awesome. I think it can be conveyed in people's own minds as a metaphore. I enjoy the picture (no i'm not demented nor have a fixation with death) but I will say that the issue of death is always touchy, but also something that has always been on every artists pallete at some point or another. I think that making the angels the ones dying, and not human beings, is so metaphorically powerful. Great job. Artists are usually the ones to make the biggest impact, and this picture certainly does make one think. Awesome job. I like the shading, and the pencil work. 2 Keep up the great work!

ok, I' not a Christian, in fact I resent what religion does to the human mind, but in the Revelation it says that there was a war between lucifer's followers and gods. why would they fight if they could not kill each other? and as for the pic being morbid, hell no, it is just a state of mind, an emotion that everybody has inside them. you might not like them but they are there and they will always be there. keep up the good work

This drawing conveys very strong emotions.
It is NOT morbid, and a lot of people would critisize this for it's theme but call it a master piece if this scene was written down in a book with this sort of emotion.
Art is suposed to move your soul in all aspects, not necessarily towards the light, in this way you know yourself and grow as a person.

I think you are very violent and mean!

I love it. It's not morbid, It's magnificent. There is something so beautiful over the female angel mourning, screaming, at the heavens over the fallen angel infant.
It does seem to represent the state the world is in at the time and I think it should be better publicized, possibly in magazine. Check around. This is incredible.
