SciFi and Fantasy Art: Alarielle

You hesitantly peer around the cave mouth, ready to duck back at any moment. 'Who's there?' a firm voice demands. 'Come forward' You shuffle forward and gasp as the cave's occupant looks around. She is a fully grown Fire-Dragon, who appears to have been reading by lantern-light....... This is a picture of my Refuge character-Alarielle trying to get some quality reading time, but being disturbed.

26 Oct 2000	Rick ~SodaBeast~ Strehlow	Loading... Nice use of colour. I think the purple eye really adds to the picture. But then, I think purple anything adds to a picture =) Seriously, the dragon's expression really says "well, what do you think you're doing here?" I like it.

And I think you really captured the annoyed expression (I should know, I get that look on my face all the time when someone disturbs my reading ^_-) She is one kewl dragon nodnod I want a dragon...I think I'll scamper off now and try to draw one.
