Hey, thanks for stopping by my gallery! Nice to know I'm not the only newbie kickin' around. I like your pics; very original! You should try experimenting with different body shapes and types of wings, and find a type that works for you(I can't draw feet or hands, so I try to leave those out...).

Anyway, just had to put in my little blurb. The Mosh Pit applauds you!

:-) Matthew Deakin replies: "Thanks for your advice. I'll try and draw someone in a new pose or shape. I'm also gonna draw the angel picture again with better wings. Thanks!"

Hey cool I'm not the only person who's having trouble with drawing manga ^-^
Your work looks good though. Keep up the good work

:-) Matthew Deakin replies: "Thanks for your comment. Sorry it took me so long to reply."

Well I'd like to say that your on the right tracks at drawing manga/anime. Ive been drawing anime for about 2 years now and there is only 1 thing I have to say to you. "Personilize your manga until you feel comfortable with drawing without having to use reference"
I have changed the shape of eyes in my anime and drawing manga is a lot more natural. check out my site, theres only 1 picture but Im getting some more (better) pictures up and they might help. christopherhatt.deviantart.com

Hey! Thx for your comment on my gallery2, so here's one for you ^_^. You have some nice art here...if you are trying to draw anime or manga, there are a lot of books that might be able to help you...to use as a reference or whatever. I know I used one, and after reading it just once I drew it a lot better. I've left some critisism on some of your drawings...lol, sorry, couldn't help it10. But anyway, awesome, keep on drawing!

Hiya. Just thought I'd add a comment to say that your work is quite good. However, a little tip (that my friends gave me) is to concentrate on the shape of the body. For example, a woman would have more curves than just a straight shaped body. Also, arms are not straight, they are slightly curved etc. The same goes for any shape of body parts.
