SciFi and Fantasy Art: Deep Rising 7/Expressions of Light 4

Technically, this is both Deep Rising 7 and Expressions of Light 4. I thought they would work well together, and Mom (for whom this picture is a commission) wanted to have a dragon and an angel. Not necessarily together... But I'm lazy like that.

So!

The finished piece measures about 8.5 x 28 inches. I laid in a watercolor wash over my pencil lines, then colored the heck out of it with Prismacolor pencils. I finished it in approximately 30 hours.

It will be matted and framed and I will take it with me to show at Archon this year. Then it goes to Mom's house, where I may come visit it occasionally.
