| 22 Mar 2000 | Kate Shenk/Etak the Thivis | Squeep! Don't touch it! I think it's perfect! | |
| 23 Mar 2000 | Michael John Morris | This looks great! I feel the pain of that spear/lance, that poor centur. Great drawing, maybe you could add a fallen warrior bellow the centur, behind the knight... no, that might spoil this. It Is good how it is. | |
| 24 Mar 2000 | Aaron Dixon | The centaur has so much emotion, "It's like the hero is going to die, but he's not supposed to die. Trully a tragedy." There is so much that I love about this pic. The horses face and the hair on it's mane are awesome, and the centaur's tail hair is wonderful. What could you do to complete it? Mmmmmmm...Perhaps add in a light background of some sort? Some clouds, mountains, or a forest, but something soft, so it won't take away from what you have. | |
| 25 May 2000 | Michael J Dandaneau Sr | Very nicely drawn...the pictish centaur is an excellent touch, and the battle stances hold true...excellent. | |
| 12 Mar 2001 | October Donelle Hafsteinsson | Wow,this picture is very dramatic!A very successful battlscene. You are talented to be able to pull that off.The action looks real. | |
| 24 Mar 2001 | eric | All your pic's are cool but i like this one the best.. Whear did you learn to draw, i whould like to beable to draw like that!!!!! | |
| 14 Oct 2002 | Fonz | This has to be my favorite of yours... Maybe you could just add some fallen soldier's legs in the bottom left corner.. | |
| 6 Dec 2002 | Jewel Mark | you said "say what you think I shall do to complete this pic.. I do not now what to do with it.." So here are some things that maybe you might want to try. The rearing horse Bring his front legs up a little they are just hanging there and unless a horse is dead they don't do that. Show some little space between them when you do like put the off (far) side leg higher than the right (near) leg. give the right leg a bend and keep the off leg straighter out from the body. On the hind legs of the rearing horse square them up under the horse more and spread them apart some to support his weight as he rears up. Open the rearing horses mouth a little like the guy is pulling on the reins a bit since this is what usually makes a horse rear in the first place. Lastly the man standing on the ground with the sword you could turn his face more toward us instead of such a sharp profile. Don't take these wrong I think your pic is real nice and that you did a fine job but you wanted to know what to do with it and those would be the things I would work on if I were you. Hope this helps Jewel Hanna Rannerud replies: "Thank you.. i do realy appretiate that you took the time to comment and I will think about hat you have said til next picture.." | |
