SciFi and Fantasy Art: The sword of power

The Sword of power glows when it finds a suitable user and the unkown runes from ancient days adorn the space unto which the sword lies waiting to share thier ancient knowledge through the sword to someone worthy in a time of great despair. Warriors seek it out but the sword of power seeks out it's own. Now it has thought out the likes of Enchandra, daughter of king Natildes, she is half elven and half human, she has been deemed worthy to carry the sword through the onslought of the darkness. It is one part of three powers, the secret of light "The sword of power". Now it must find the other two  ancient powers, the secret of stone and the the secret of the winds.  Combined, it has the very power to destroy the darkness, but the time is short and the darkness spreads.

This is beautiful!
But I think if you added more colour it would help!

I think it’s awesome in just pencil. I’ve been scouring Elfwood for really good pencil drawings. Sometimes colour would be too much. Your pictures are gorgeous.

Thank you Megan, no one else has commented yet because I have just been published, but thank you, I do have color art as well and will publish them soon. I love pencil art so I will continue to draw in pencil because I like it the best

I don’t think you’ll have to worry about comments, you’ll be noticed rather quickly I’d think. You’re definitely going on my favorites. (that way, I get updates when you publish new work) I look forward to seeing more.

Thank you Patricia, I will be adding new drawings soon.

Cool, I like talisman swords. With the figure in the middle, her eyes are a little too close to the hairline. You might want to lower them by a couple of millimeters. And it would be great if you toned down the boobs, too. Stuff like that is going to distract your male viewers from the rest of the picture, which would be a shame because you have talent.
