*sighs*...this is just wonderful ! THIS is what I call a REAL painting. Why the heck am I sooo...uneducated concerning art?? I especially like her hair and her neck (and something else *lol*)

Nice value in this one... the face needs a little work, but thepiece is pretty good otherwise... seems to tell a story, whihc, I imagine, is what you intended.

Dude....I love the way you draw the arms... It might seem trivial, but damn, I don't think one would realise how hard it is to make it look good until doing it themselves. Composition's great too.

She looks utterly evil. Is she evil? Miror work is great also. I know what a pain it can be 2.No, she is not evil, she's one of the heroes. I've noticed that a lot of women are easily identifiable as "good" or "evil" by the manner of their dress (or undress). Evil women in comics tend to show more skin than Good ones, although there are plenty of exceptions to the rule (i.e. Witchblade and Wonder Woman). This is simply how her people dress when not in "Combat Uniform."

hm...doesn't look evil to me...nifty silver hair. Like the ears too. ^_^ *shoves Rhyn away* *mutters* Hentai elf...anyway...dunno how I missed this one. Maybe I commented on it in #loth? *shrugs* Oh well. *hops off to next pic*

Her body looks young enough... but her face looks really old! Less lines makes so much differenceShe's supposed to be "mature." Mayara is Team 11's second-in-command. She has had to have been around a while to work her way up to secondary field commander. I think its ridiculous that so many comics and animations have these sixteen year old looking people in positions of authority on a battlefield. Who in their right mind would follow the orders of someone who's practically still a child into war?

Good and all but the right side of the head appears to be pointing towards the 'camera' while the mouth is at a angle

22 Ric Aerones Rastoskey replies: "Awwwwww... and I was actually -proud- of the mouth. If anything, I just thought it looked too small."

I would follow myself, or my brothers to war! but thats cuz they study war like no ones business then drill it into my head.
sorry but the way her hair is angled is wrong for that hair style, makes her look square headed
other than that its great!

12 Ric Aerones Rastoskey replies: "Yes, but would anybody else follow them? And are they only like 16 years old?And what? People aren't allowed to part their hair and sweep most of it to one side? And yeah... she does look kinda square-headed, but in my defense, this is an -old- pic. 12You know what? A lot of that looked defensive on my part and it wasn't supposed to. Sure, I'm defending the choices I made, but please don't think I was trying to be mean or anything... it kinda looks harsher than I meant it to."
