SciFi and Fantasy Art: Forest

A female warrior and her pet posing for us in the forest. I don't remember where this idea came from. I think one day I was sketching and I hjad put togheter a woman and a monster.. side by side and then the 'light-bulb turned on above my head' and there it was. I think it required me about 4 or 5 days to be done. As for almost all my other oil paintings I sketched the monster until satisfied on transparent paper, then I photgraphed a model and after putting them togheter I transferred the draiwing on canvas and started painting. I'm satisfied of the final result.

I agree with the leg part, she looks fine until you get past the waist then suddenly something is wrong proportionally. Also, is it because of the reduced size that one eye looks a bit strange and the other closed? Your work is great. Mine, in comparison, is a few scratchings on paper 2 Take care.

Its actually rather sweet, even thjough she seems to be a nekkid woman who has stolen a piece of thick red velvet curtain.

Fantastic! Absolutely brilliant! But why does a warrior wear ballet pumps?

Alright, people. If you've never seen a woman with legs like that, you need to take off your blinders. She has hips, she's wearing flat shoes, and she is NOT in a Calvin Klein ad. I like it. She looks very real.

You are amazing with oil paints, im just starting to try and paint with oils...quite fun to do i believe. Most of all i have to say that if anyone doesnt like your paintings then they must be jealous, because that is some beautiful work my friend. Smile

I have to admit...this is one sweet drawing. It brings back memories of "Ghostbusters" when they are at the top of Daina's apartment facing Gozer the Gozarian and the Keymaster and Gatekeeper.

Hola, Roberto.
Me encanta toda tu obra. Una sugerencia respecto a esta imagen: las piernas deben ser UN POCO más largas, a menos que pretendieras recrear una halfling... ajajajaj Besos y adelante.
