SciFi and Fantasy Art: Summoning Draconis

Dragons are probably some of the most beautiful and powerful creatures in existence that the inner eye can hold. This picture represents the art of invoking their prescence. I tend to use just inks (mostly black) in my pictures. This definitely called for some color, though. This is more or less a tribute to the most noble and majestic of beings.

I think the dragon looks a bit fat. His neck is a bit thin near the head. But don't worry! I can't draw dragons all that well! Hehe. I like the colors you used and this picture has very good detail.

I agree with the above, but i think this picture works great anyway. It has an excelent fantasy atmosphere. And you even did a background. Not many people make them. I love to make landscapes and its great to find more people doing them. Oh, and i like the colors in this one too.

I have a Role Play character, and her love is a guy named Draconis. Incidentally... He doesn't look a bit like that. 2 Good pic, I like your style and your imagination.

How dare you, above person! >8 It's called 'personal style'. This is actually a way of dragons. Remember Puff the Magic Dragon? I think it's absolutely wonderful. What did the artist use to colour?
