SciFi and Fantasy Art: A promise of shade & meadows: lizard girls

I am in love with the stripes... The paleness against the darkness of their skin... And thank GOD you draw coloured women... I've been looking around other galleries and seen so many pretty, petite, palefaced girls with their alabaster skin and dark hair... This gallery calls to me because I have dark skin as well and you have shown that we are beautiful. THANK YOU *cant help but hug*

I agree with Bad Kitty, it's fun to see the non-typical type of characters being depicted in Exalted and the like. Your women aren't big breasted, and they aren't all white and blonde and stuff. I'm about as white as they come lol. But I do like the look of dark-skinned girls... I love your work.
This pic is really pretty and creepy, and peaceful all at the same time.

The patterns of their skin look almost like shadows. The hands are intimidating, as are their poses

You are by far my favorite elfwood artiste. I Adore all of your drawing (I usualy go check your drawings a good few times a week). The way you draw female body is mind blasting, you put in so much style, originality, motion and emotions into all of them. You ARE a girl(female) aren't you? Ohhh.... I Also love how you keep on adding ritual paints, tribal signs and runes on like all of your drawings.

YESSSSS ETHNIC ART!! Being that I am ethnic I really appreciate how you've shown fantasy in a different light. I appreciate all artists, but ethnic art always hits the spot lol. I love the contrast of their skin and the fact that you didnt create sterotypes with the big nose and big lip thing that most people try to convey in their african based art. They are beautiful women and you conveyed the pic perfectly. You kept it simple and clean yet very compelling.
