Fresh, From the Outer Limits of The Twilight Zone....OK, so it's essentially the same drawing with better colors, professional text and the newer sci-name. I finally got some time and inspiration to fix up this old drawing. Now it really looks just like a real illustration from a real text book! I really should have done this years ago! The drawing is truly one of my best ever. It's truly extraordinary work for my skills in 1993. (Well, I like it a lot!) The Sci-Name means; 'Feline Dragon- Flying Tairlanga - of Tannara'. The Sharaulnian name literally translates to 'Dragon-Beast--Scythe-Sails of Tannara. 'Xykaulah' means 'Beast' but refers exclusively to a very Cat-like Grouping of true mammals that includes the 'Freyxykaulah' or 'Freya's Beast'. ~This species actually exists in the reality of Earth and is limited to the Island of Madagascar, where it is known to the natives as the Foosa (Cryptoprocta ferox). Although the Foosa is classed as a member of the Mongoose family, it actually originated in the reality of Sharaulni!~ 'Xykaulah' is the true root word for the Earth name 'Zeke'! (Which is why I named my big lanky, beautifully marked Cat 'Zeke' back in 1991!*hehe*) Groovy, Huh?!..Let me know what you think of my improvements to this drawing. Please! Pretty Please--with lots of Sucralose on top! *hehe*

I think its very difficult to do draconic creatures from this perspective, and I especially just love that wings!!! plus - as always - I love how you describe each part of your creatures!!
