This is the final color version I decided on just the solo portrait and simplified details--(Not that the scanner would have failed to simplify anyway,*hehe*)This is the male of the Birds from the dream. I don't as yet have names either of these birds--beyond the tetative designation for their species....Rambling, sorry...I just got it finished a few hours ahead of expected schedule (didn't have to do a certain time consuming chore...) and realized that I could send it in at the same time as the B/W version which I posted this morning...Date is actually off by one day as a result...Oops.... Rambling again.......

I like the colours of him very much. Powerful... much like my own blue Phoenix Lirian. I love the long feathers at the top of the wings. Nice idea!
