Kinda looks like the Glenn Danzig of elves...

Tell your children not to walk my way
Tell your children not to hear my words
What they mean
What they say
Mother"

I think this pic is great, (I have never done a review before, so keepin' it short) BUT the arrow is way too short for his bow.

:-) Russell D. Drake replies: "Thank you. I was angeling the arrow towards the viewer, making it shorter. At least that is what I was going for."

I beleive the arrow is the right size. because the image is the bow is being pointed a bit towards the onlooker, making it look a bit shorter. your face is great the position is great. good job i envy this

M'quite enchanted by your work ;D but anyway... The arrow is a bit short for the bow, and being an archer myself, I suggest to give it a more realistic feeling to have his index finger resting over the shaft of the arrow, this keeps it in place. About 4-5 inches are usually poking out infront of the string before the bow is pulled back, taut. Er... sorry I'll shut up now, hopefully you don't take this little comment the wrong way... Anyway, it looks fabulous, keep up the good work.

:-) Russell D. Drake replies: "As I have never shot a bow before, thanks for the constructive criticism. I will have to remember this for the next time I draw an archer."

LOL. I like his baggy clothes. ^_^ I'm so used to seeing elves with fitted outfits that it's a nice change of pace to see something different. Oh, and it's really great to see an elf with *black* hair, too!

:-) Russell D. Drake replies: "I have always thought that baggy clothing was much more comfortable, and as elves have centuries to make very comfy clothes and are usually quite intelligent, why wouldnt they wear baggy clothes? Thank you for the comment. 2

P.S. Most elves arnt real blondes anyways."
