SciFi and Fantasy Art: A dragon done in a broken, dull pencil.

I had this really nice drawing pencil, but it broke. I was too lazy to sharpen it and I drew this picture with it. As always, please comment.

This liddle guy is just too kewl(i get the impression that he's liddle -- i think it's cuz of the perspective) the dull pencil gives a wonderfully ragged, expressive line emphasising that this liddle critter is pretty pissed off...rofl! Thanks for comment btw, might try the ouroboros dragon in colour if i get some spare time

16 Dec 2000	Monica Raquel Meza	Loading... This reminds me of a series or character drawing I did with a mouse character of mine, Tweaker. I had karate tweaker, polostick tweaker, tokin' tweaker. Anyhow, I drew Guard-Dog Tweaker and this is is giving the same effect(sp?) as GuardDog Tweaker did! Very cute! I like it!!!

17 Nov 2003	Alain Renaud	Loading... The idea is nice, but sharpen your pen. I don't say this to insult you at all. I just think that you have a lot of talent and I don't know why you hide it behind some quickly done pic that could deserve more work.
31 Aug 2004	Brenda Hellenthal	Loading... Nothing wrong with quick drawings. Sometimes they're even better or show more live than finished drawings. I do think though that this critter is mad because you didn't take the effort to sharpen your pencil for him. And he seems determined to destroy all your other pencils.
