SciFi and Fantasy Art: Lera the Witch-hare

Random small pencil piccie of Lera the hedgewitch. Isn't it funny how she's the same species as Tracy Butler's Luna? That must mean I copied her! And all those other rabbits! They're copied off of Luna, too! KILL THE FALSE RABBITS! THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE TRUE RABBIT! Get the torches! Grab your pitchforks! We have PURIFYING to do!

Contrary to popular belief, not all furries dressed in medieval style type clothes are all copies of Ms. Butler. I am a *huge* fan of Tracy's but I also like your style as well.. Very cool! Besides... Luna doesnt wear NEAR that many clothes 12

Beautiful. love the expression of the eyes, and the pert little nose. the cloak is great and i love that you can draw an anthormorphised (spelling?)rabbit and not have too do exaggerated ears. shes wonderful.

I don't see why people instantly think that any character that resembles someone else's character is copied. That's just pitiful. In the story I'm writing with a friend, there's a character named Luna and she's a hare(of, course..she changed her name in he first chapter she was in) and my character makes those magic orbs as a weapon, just like TRACY BUTLER'S LUNA!!!!!! But guess what?!?!?! My friend and I made all this stuff before we had even heard of Tracy Butler. This is a nice rabbit. Since rabbits are naturally plumper, Luna should be re-named as a hare.

Really nice expression on the face. Good proportions. I'd like to see this colored.

Well gee I did a skimpy rabbit the vary night I looked at Tracy's galleries. !!!THAT MUST MEAN I STOLE LUNA!!! Oh no I hope none of these ignorant little morons finds out!! OOOO I beter take her down. I'm so FREAKIN SCARED!!! Lord almighty two great furrie artists get in one place together and all of a sudden one is accused of stealing the other one's work. What is wrong with people?! OH I like her by the way she seems sweet. NIce ears too. If you want to see what I stole from Tracy it's in my gallery under the name Assassin.

LOL. Another "This looks suspiciously like Tracy Butler's work"!?! Yeesh. And I thought I was the only one. *Pats the artist on the head* Poor girl. Don't worry, it'll pass....eventually. Then we can all go back to enjoying the actual art. ^^ I like the shading. 'Tis nifty.

*gasp* It looks like my Bunny Wabbit Suzie! you must have peeked into my back yard and copied her!
<p>
*rofl* She's beautiful. Personally, I find Tracy's work nice, but she condemns her pictures too much and I think sometimes there's TOO much detail. I like yours. More simple. Earthy... more true to the nature of the animal. I like her. keep up hte good work and keep telling the jerks where to shove it. *grin*
