SciFi and Fantasy Art: Cute Squirrel

I do not know what this thing is, but it does remind me of a squirrel. In a sence, I just dreamed it up. I chose the coloration from a pokemon (no no pikachu)...that's right!...Raichu gave me the idea for colors. For all you non-pokemon fans a Raichu is just a bigger orange pikachu. This little guy started out to be my hampster, but he kinda evolved into this thing. (Yes, my hampster is involved in a lot of my art...poses often come from him)
