I wanted to do a nice rpicture of Michael after I finished that one of him and Lucifer. Ignore the fact that I waited like, a year. I had a very clear pictur ein my mind of his posture, and how he was supposed to be looking down. Fiery and fierce, that sort of thing. Another one I started afew motnhs ago and finsihed just the other day. My ever-increasing issues with religion kind of put me off working on this, but I am determined right now to finish all the old half-done pictures in my drawing pad.
Things I like: The WINGS. Wow, best I've ever done, I love them. The feathers are perfect everywhere, none of those awkward places like I usually have. They've got anice shape and tnice detail--it's raare I get both in one. I also like hisposture, that much did go well. And the sword is nice enough, if now quite as I envisioned it. At least he's not stuckawhith a lame spea rlikelast time. His feet came out nicely as well.
things I hate: Stupid men and their stupid anatomy, I just can't get it right for the life of me. His chest has serious issues, much of which is attributed to the amoutn of erasing I did that smudged it all up. his arm is nothing to be proud of, either. His hair is SUPPOSED to be golden curls--here it looks more like reddish friz. And worst of all is his face--it looked perfect before I colored it, and then it lost all it's fire. It's too soft and rounded, he doesn't look intimidating at all. Grrrrr...
Okay so did anyone read the whole "dont say theyre hot part???" come on people.... Have a little class.....
By the way i think this picture is one of my favorites adn i instant messaged a bunch of my friends with teh link adn they all flipped out about how great it was. The concept is really deep and well thought out and i never saw angels and demons of any rank as antyhign but hard-core enemies. But i guess evyerone has compassion though.
My favorite part is the hands. They probably took you five seconds but they look the best out of any ive seen in a while. Please keep up working ebcasue you have amazing talent and your pictures have such great voice.
Oh I have lots to say about this one! It is awesome for one, I love it. I love the hair, and the way Lucifer looks... kind of emotion and lack thereof all in one expression. I admire your ability to draw hands so well! His wings are super cool, as are michael's and the snakes and skulls are an excellent touch, but what really struck me is the shadows! The blue of the shadows on Lucifer is amazing, and the shadow of his trident across his stomach is perfectly wonderful! Very well done!
I love the way all your faces have such unique character! ^^ And the colour of his skin is wonderful. He looks rather ethereal because of it, methinks. And he's so sexy! ^-^ Sorry, couldn't resist.
*stares and drools* I have a thing with scary guys... This is HOT! And I always start staring at his face, and then, if I stare too long, I shiver and have to look away. I like his eyebrows. And his sword. And EVERYTHING. The chest coulda done better, and the arm, too, but qother than that.. *drools until she's created a new sea* XD
